Train the Trainer Weekend

Our inaugural Train-the-Trainer is a weekend-long Conference for year-round and seasonal camp staff members who are involved in the training and leadership development of Counselors/Leaders/Staff in Training (CIT/LIT/SIT). This training, over a year in the works, was developed in partnership with Super Qualified, experts in the field of preparing young people for degrees and the professional world. Through summer data-gathering visits at 40% of our member camps, and collaborative design and planning with our partner, we designed an unique and powerful curriculum including opportunities for individual camp customization and hands-on exercises to be implemented at camp.
