Chef Seminar

Our Bi-annual Chef & Dining Hall Director's Conference in partnership with H&H Purchasing contains both classroom and hands-on learning. We bring in professionals in various areas of expertise including, alternative dietary menus, food safety & allergy awareness. Participants will not only walk away with a nework of colleauges but also practical experience and training materials to use in the summer.
